Just imagine enjoying delicious breakfasts, leisurely lunches and gourmet dinners without lifting a finger or leaving the villa. Sol y Mar’s accomplished chef is a wizard at whipping up Indonesian, Asian and international dishes, as well as vegetarian meals and children’s favourites— all served family-style and accompanied by spectacular ocean views. He is happy to tailor meals to meet specific dietary requirements or special requests. And no stay is complete without experiencing his famed barbecue, with the freshest fish sourced from Jimbaran fish market, cooked at the cliff edge and served under the stars.
To make the most of the kitchen and give staff time to shop for the freshest ingredients, it is recommended to plan meals in advance with your butler or Villa Manager the evening before or at breakfast. Please provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference. Shopping is charged at market price plus a 20% fee and prevailing taxes.
